Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Location: Howell, NJ (On-Site, Monday–Friday)

The Role
This is an execution role.
We're looking for a hands-on COO who can step in, take ownership of operations, and drive performance across the business. Not just strategy — real execution, accountability, and results.
You will be responsible for making sure the business runs efficiently, scales properly, and delivers consistently at a high level. That means tightening processes, improving visibility, and holding teams accountable.
You should be comfortable operating at both a high level and in the weeds.
What You'll Own
- Operations: Full oversight of day-to-day operations across the organization
- Execution: Ensure teams are aligned, moving, and delivering at a high level
- Client Delivery: Maintain strong client outcomes, retention, and overall experience
- Process & Infrastructure: Build and refine systems that scale without breaking
- Performance: Establish KPIs, track them closely, and hold teams accountable
- People: Develop leaders, improve accountability, and elevate overall team performance
- Hiring Alignment: Partner with recruiting to ensure hiring matches growth needs
AI & Technology Focus
- Drive practical adoption of AI and automation across the business
- Identify where AI can improve efficiency, reduce cost, or increase output
- Help implement and operationalize AI tools (not theoretical — real use cases)
- Ensure technology is actually used and drives measurable impact
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading operations at scale
- Strong operator — not just strategic, but execution-focused
- Experience building process, structure, and accountability
- Comfortable stepping into underdeveloped systems and improving them
- Exposure to AI tools or automation, with some experience implementing them
- Not expected to be an expert, but must understand how to apply AI in a business setting
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive performance across teams
