Taft Brown Associates has partnered with Generations Behavioral Health to conduct a search for a Hospital CEO in Youngstown, OH. This is an exciting leadership opportunity with a highly regarded organization. The hospital is a 76-bed behavioral health facility serving adult and geriatric populations.

Job Summary:

As the Hospital CEO you will be for leading the development and execution of Generations Behavioral Health’s long-term strategy. You will be responsible for the delivery of quality care to patients, development of new business, supervision and control of staff and bottom-line financial performance. You will strive for the overall success of the hospital and embrace the company’s vision, mission, and goals. You will strike a balance between day to day operating issues and strategic development initiatives to position the hospital for solid, long term growth.

Position Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in healthcare field preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required. An equivalent combination of academic, clinical and operational experience may be considered.
• Minimum three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in Behavioral Healthcare administration/management with experience in operations management, or finance required.
• Knowledge of federal, state, CMS and The Joint Commission regulatory requirements required.
