We are currently seeking a proactive, highly energetic Executive Assistant to support our CEO and key members of the executive team. You will act as the crucial bridge between executive leadership, our internal teams, and our national field staff, ensuring seamless operations, aligned priorities, and polished corporate execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements and expense reporting for the CEO and select Executives.
  • Screen incoming calls and manage communications; serve as a key liaison between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders and ensuring effective communication flow.
  • Help organize and track special projects and priorities to ensure timely execution.
  • Support planning key stakeholder meetings, such as board meetings, investors meetings, national sales meetings including logistics, agendas, and materials preparation.
  • Prepare, edit, and format presentations and documents, including proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Support reporting needs in a highly regulated industry environment requiring accuracy attention to detail and short deadlines.


Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting senior or executive-level leadership in a professional environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and regulated environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint; a solid working knowledge is required, though advanced expertise is not necessary.
  • Strong communication skills, able to interact comfortably with both executive leadership and field staff.
  • Self-sufficient, independent, and proactive, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and a “go-getter” mindset.
