What You Will Do:

Participates in prioritizing incoming change requests, assesses impact, and approves and/or rejects submitted changes to ensure changes are implemented successfully and result in minimal impact to systems, applications, and resources. Analyzes and evaluates submitted Enterprise Technologies (ET) driven change requests to non-production and production systems, applications/infrastructure. Assesses risk and controls to identify systems, users, and other potential impacts when change is migrated. Communicates changes resulting from approved change requests that may potentially impact process, downtime, or maintenance awareness to impacted stakeholders. Assists in maintaining the Change Management processes and plan. Assists in preparation for the presentation of submitted change requests to the Change Advisory Board. Ensures that standardized methods and procedures are used to enable the efficient analysis and implementation of submitted changes to ensure that the change process supports the needs of the department. Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization's Values.


What We Will Require:

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, or Business-related field or comparable education or comparable experience. Minimum three (3) years in change management experience or a software development, technical integration or business operations environment. Minimum of one (1) year in a Project Analyst, Project Coordinator, or equivalent project administrative role. Proven experience in participating in projects and ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong process management and improvement skills. Outstanding teamwork, inter-personal, facilitation, organizational, listening and communication skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.


Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Knowledge of distributed and mainframe infrastructure, technology and concepts with ability to quickly grasp new technologies, applications and concepts. Basic understanding of structured application development methodology and principals, understanding of structured environments using distinct development, test, and production environments. Able to work in a team environment, meet deadlines and take on responsibility and accountability. Working knowledge of business process methodologies

and experience in process management activities. Able to mentor/coach team members in understanding the established change management practices, guidelines, and procedures.


Additional Job Responsibilities:

Provides leadership of change management communication for the ET portfolio of projects and service requests. Evolves the change management communication practice area strategy, ensuring relevance of the supporting tools, models, and methods. Develops and delivers effective communications across the enterprise for all ET projects. Demonstrates and fosters a sense of urgency, strong commitment, and accountability while making sound decisions and achieving goals. Builds and sustains relationships with all levels of management and employees across the enterprise. Supports Release Analyst with the execution of the ET Change Management Plan to support ET driven release efforts. Supports the ET Change Management Analysts to develop and deliver communication to support ET driven projects/Service Requests as needed. Assists in the development of best practices and governance for ET project and Service Request communication.
