About The Role

  • The Experience Developer owns the full lifecycle of personalized digital experiences across Adobe surfaces, from requirements gathering and backlog management through content authoring, campaign execution, quality validation, and production monitoring. This role combines agile delivery with hands-on operational rigor, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to reliably deliver and continuously improve digital experiences for millions of global customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor live campaigns via Splunk; build and maintain dashboards and alerts for rapid issue detection and triage
  • Serve as an escalation point for production incidents, owning triage, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination with engineering teams
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents, document findings, and deliver preventive recommendations
  • Participate in on-call rotations within defined SLA windows
  • Maintain runbooks, incident playbooks, test cases, and operational documentation
  • Contribute to automation initiatives to improve testing efficiency and reduce toil
  • Author components and experiences in a headless CMS across multiple Adobe surfaces and customer journeys
  • Build campaigns to deliver personalized content experiences to a global customer base
  • Validate personalization logic, audience segmentation, and campaign targeting for accuracy and consistency
  • Support and optimize A/B testing and experimentation frameworks, ensuring test integrity and data accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Functional

  • 2+ years in JSON scripting, Product Support, QA, or a similar role within digital platforms
  • Experience with campaign orchestration or experimentation tools (Adobe Target, AJO, Optimizely)
  • Understanding of personalization, audience segmentation, and A/B testing
  • Incident management, SLA adherence, and on-call support experience

Technical

  • Splunk proficiency: dashboards, SQL queries, alert configuration
  • JSON and REST API validation; Postbuster or Postman
  • Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, AJO, Adobe Target, Analytics)
  • Headless CMS architectures and content delivery frameworks
  • SQL and analytics debugging
  • Test automation frameworks or scripting.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation

  • $40.00 to $44.65 per hour.
