Overview
A leading organization is seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to support its Insights & Analytics function. This role focuses on digital data operations, tagging governance, and performance reporting across CRM, web, and paid media channels.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring that data across digital touchpoints is captured, structured, and ready for analysis in alignment with enterprise measurement strategies. This position partners cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, operations, agency, and privacy teams to enable scalable and compliant measurement practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead tagging and taxonomy operations across digital channels (web, email, paid media), ensuring consistent and scalable data capture frameworks
- Oversee vendor and agency tagging execution, ensuring alignment with measurement specifications and campaign tracking standards
- Manage web analytics operations, including implementation and configuration of analytics platforms to support performance measurement
- Partner with privacy and legal stakeholders to ensure compliant data collection and usage practices
- Ensure data quality across third-party data sources, validating ingestion, mapping, and accuracy of media and campaign data
- Deliver reporting and insights across CRM, web, and digital marketing initiatives, including ad hoc analysis
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, with exposure to CRM and campaign performance measurement
- Strong understanding of tagging, taxonomy, and digital measurement frameworks
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners/agencies
- Hands-on experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
- Working knowledge of data privacy, consent, and compliance considerations
Preferred
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, life sciences, financial services)
- Familiarity with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Tealium)
