We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support our Nuclear Power Station Fleet and corporate operations.
The ideal candidate will have 2–5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and system implementation support.
This role will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, document requirements, support system enhancements, and drive technology solutions.
Candidates should have strong analytical and communication skills, experience with Power BI and MS Office, and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Experience in utilities, power generation, nuclear energy, or related industries is highly preferred.
