Position Overview
An established organization is seeking an experienced professional to oversee internal technology platforms and ensure smooth coordination of digital tools and services across the business. This position serves as a central point for aligning technical systems with operational needs, ensuring reliability, user accessibility, and continuous enhancement of internal processes.
The ideal individual brings a problem-solving mindset, the ability to prioritize competing demands, and a strong understanding of internal system workflows. This role interacts closely with both internal teams and external service partners to ensure optimal system performance and business continuity.
Key Areas of Ownership
Collaboration Platform Strategy & Administration
- Take full responsibility for the company’s internal collaboration environment built on Microsoft tools
- Evaluate the current setup to uncover usability concerns, structural inefficiencies, and security exposures
- Architect and implement a redesigned platform with improved organization, access control, and governance standards
- Oversee the transition of existing content into the new environment while minimizing disruption
- Validate functionality with end users and retire legacy environments following successful rollout
- Maintain and evolve the system post-implementation through enhancements and user support
Vendor Coordination & Infrastructure Support
- Act as the main liaison for third-party technology service providers managing systems, connectivity, and cybersecurity
- Ensure issues are resolved promptly through effective communication and prioritization
- Monitor delivery quality and enforce accountability based on defined expectations
Operational Insights & Reporting
- Develop and monitor performance indicators across systems, support activities, and security functions
- Analyze data trends and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Recommend improvements to drive efficiency and system effectiveness
Digital Presence & Domain Oversight
- Manage company web domains, uptime, and related services
- Oversee DNS settings, renewals, encryption certificates, and security practices
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to ensure consistent functionality and business alignment
Process Automation Stewardship
- Support automation tools responsible for streamlining repetitive workflows
- Monitor automated processes, resolve issues, and maintain stability
- Identify opportunities to enhance or refine automation strategies
Continuous Improvement & Support
- Identify opportunities to strengthen reliability, scalability, and security across systems
- Assist with ongoing initiatives and technology-related priorities
- Contribute to a responsive and improvement-driven technical environment
Qualifications & Background
- Degree in a technology-related discipline or equivalent practical experience
- Approximately four or more years supporting enterprise technology environments or similar functions
- Familiarity with Microsoft collaboration tools and productivity applications
- Exposure to automation platforms or workflow tools
- Experience working with data visualization or reporting platforms
- Understanding of enterprise system environments such as ERP implementations or upgrades
- Strong proficiency with productivity tools such as spreadsheets, presentations, and documentation platforms
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history
