Role Descriptions:
· 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations and digital experience platforms.
· Strong experience working with AEM Sites, AEM Assets, AEM DAM, Experience Fragments, Content Fragments, Dynamic Templates, and AEM as a Cloud Service.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, content authors, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
· Translate business objectives into detailed epics, user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
· Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder discussions, backlog grooming sessions, and sprint planning activities.
· Possess strong understanding of AEM authoring capabilities, component structures, template architecture, content hierarchy, and digital asset management processes.
· Analyze existing content management processes and define future-state workflows to improve author productivity and operational efficiency.
· Document as-is and to-be business processes, workflows, use cases, and system requirements.
· Support implementation and optimization of content publishing, approval workflows, and content governance processes within AEM.
· Work closely with development, architecture, QA, UX, and product teams to ensure successful delivery of business requirements.
· Assist in the design and implementation of integrations between AEM and enterprise systems such as CRM platforms, eCommerce platforms, analytics tools, personalization engines, and marketing automation solutions.
· Create functional specifications, business requirement documents (BRDs), process flows, wireframes, and user stories.
· Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
· Manage and track requirements, user stories, defects, and project progress using Jira and Confluence.
· Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test case validation, defect tracking, and business sign-off activities.
· Coordinate end-user training sessions, knowledge transfer activities, and adoption support for content authors and business users.
· Provide post-production support, issue analysis, troubleshooting coordination, and continuous improvement recommendations.
