Business Systems Analyst – ERP Implementation & Process Improvement

We’re partnering with a PE-backed global company building out its internal IT function and rolling out a new ERP system from the ground up.

This is a build and implementation role, not maintenance. You’ll work directly with business and technical teams to shape systems and processes as they’re being developed.

What You’ll Do

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specs
• Support system implementation, testing, and rollout
• Identify process gaps and improve workflows (AS-IS to TO-BE)
• Work across IT, operations, and business stakeholders
• Participate in UAT and support delivery across the project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst experience
• Experience in system-driven environments (ERP, inventory, reporting, applications)
• Strong stakeholder communication
• Experience supporting projects across SDLC
• Execution-focused, able to move work forward

Nice to Have

• SQL, Power BI, or data/reporting experience
• Exposure to operational workflows (procurement, order processing, etc.)
• Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or similar environments

• Strong ownership and ability to operate independently
• Clear, natural communication style
