Sr. UKG System Analyst (Contract-to-Hire)

Duration & Pay:

  • 6-month contract → full-time

Location:

  • Dallas, TX 75247 (Hybrid) – onsite ~1x/month + as needed


Pay Range: $67/hr to $72/hr on W2


Role Overview:

  • Manage and optimize UKG Workforce Management (WFM) system
  • Handle timekeeping, attendance, scheduling, payroll support
  • Perform hands-on system configuration (pay rules, accruals, policies)
  • Support integrations, data accuracy, and system stability
  • Troubleshoot issues, support users, and maintain timeclock hardware
  • Act as liaison between business and technical teams

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years in business systems / system implementation
  • Strong UKG experience:
  • Timekeeping & attendance (points)
  • Advanced scheduling
  • Timeclock support
  • Experience with SQL (reporting, validation, troubleshooting)
  • Knowledge of:
  • Geofencing
  • UKG EZCall / Dell
  • Boomi (or similar integrations)
  • Experience with system integrations & data flow

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

Other Notes:

  • Must be local to Dallas or willing to relocate
  • Strong focus on configuration (not just support-level work)
  • Requires occasional onsite support for timeclocks
