JOB SUMMARY
This position provides system administration and support for UKG Workforce Management System (HW & SW) and works with customers to gather and document business requirements; works with UKG and technical teams to develop/configure/support the system (including reporting). System support includes timekeeping, leave, advanced scheduling, attendance, and EZcall. Configures, tests, implements, and optimizes UKG Pro WFM to align with business requirements; provides ongoing support of UKG software by identifying and resolving issues; configures and troubleshoots UKG Timekeeping rules, pay policies, rounding, exceptions, and geofencing; supports Advanced Scheduler configuration (patterns, rotations, and coverage rules); assists with enhancements, releases, and interfaces; provides support for data interfaces, reports, and hardware/software related to clocks; analyzes business requirements and translates them into functional/technical specs; validates data (including data hub) using reports and SQL. This position does not support H1B visa sponsorship. Incumbent must reside in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex or be willing to relocate.
