MissionHires is seeking a Real Estate Operations Analysts on behalf of a client. This position offers hands-on experience across real estate operations, market research, client development, CRM management, and property onboarding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
How You'll Contribute
- Research and identify prospective clients for third-party property management opportunities
- Conduct and compile comprehensive market surveys and competitive analyses
- Assist with HubSpot CRM management, including updating and maintaining contact records and entering research notes/insights
- Support the property onboarding process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of required documentation
- Perform administrative and data entry tasks as needed
- Maintain organized records with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Currently enrolled in a graduate program (Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred)
- Strong analytical, research, and written/verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Office 365 and SharePoint
- Advanced Excel skills preferred (e.g., data analysis, formulas, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with real estate data platforms such as Hello Data, CoStar, or NIC MAP Vision is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across teams
- Demonstrated interest in real estate, property management, and market analytics
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
