Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Business Analyst role based in Cheyenne, WY. The Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, developing strategies to optimize operations, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive efficient workflows and decision-making. The role also involves preparing detailed reports and facilitating communication between teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex business needs and identify solutions
  • Proficiency in Business Analysis and identifying, documenting, and evaluating business processes
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present findings
  • Experience with defining and documenting business requirements and ensuring alignment with project goals
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and RCM processes is a plus
