Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting enterprise integration initiatives across complex technology environments. This position serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather business needs, document functional and technical requirements, and help drive successful integration solutions within the enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and interpret business and technical requirements related to enterprise integration projects
• Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to identify business needs, validate solutions, and uncover opportunities for process and system improvements
• Create and maintain detailed business requirements, user stories, workflows, and use case documentation for development teams
• Facilitate communication between business units and Agile delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project progress and provide recommendations to improve scalability, efficiency, and overall team performance
• Support integration and modernization initiatives across enterprise applications and platforms
Qualifications:
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum-based technical environments
• Strong background in writing user stories, documenting acceptance criteria, and developing use cases for technology projects
• Understanding of enterprise integration technologies and API-based architectures such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Kafka, or Azure Integration Services
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and development ecosystems including Azure and AWS
• Excellent analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile BA certification preferred
