LHH is seeking a Business Law Paralegal to join a respected, full-service law firm's Corporate Governance team in Raleigh. This firm is known for its collaborative culture, high-quality client service, and long-term stability.
What You’ll Do:
- Support attorneys with corporate and LLC formations
- Prepare and maintain organizational documents (bylaws, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, stock certificates, minutes)
- Handle foreign entity registrations and filings
- Conduct research with the NC Secretary of State and applicable statutes
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including correspondence, agreements, closing
What They’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of paralegal experience with an ABA-approved paralegal studies program preferred
Compensation:
Salary is based on experience and NC Certified Paralegal (NCCP) designation, with structured salary bands:
- NC Certified Paralegal (10+ years): $60,000 – $100,000
- NC Certified Paralegal (<10 years): $52,500 – $87,500
- Non-Certified Paralegal (10+ years): $48,750 – $81,250
- Non-Certified Paralegal (<10 years): $45,000 – $75,000
