About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to support our leadership team in cultivating new opportunities and elevating the firm’s presence across high-end residential, hospitality, and cultural projects. You will also assist in tracking new opportunities, coordinating outreach efforts, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the business development pipeline.

This is a fast-paced and collaborative environment that values curiosity, precision, and a strong design sensibility.

  • Conduct market and client research within the architecture and design landscape
  • Assist with coordination of events, exhibitions, lectures, and press initiatives
  • Provide general administrative and organizational support to the BD team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, design-led environment
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Interest in architecture, interiors, and the global design landscape

Who You Are

  • Design-sensitive with a strong eye for layout, typography, and composition
  • Polished, professional, and confident communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders
