LHH is working with a fast‑growing, privately held financial consulting services organization in search of a Sales Development Representative/Lead to support and expanding service lines. This is a business development and outreach driven role, fit for someone eager to learn sales tactics and grow business relationships and win business. Someone with at least 1 year of previous SDR/BDR outreach experience would be a fit, with more years of experience eligible for a more Lead role.
The organization operates like a startup within a larger, well‑established company and offers significant visibility, resources, and runway for growth. This role is fully remote, with flexibility to work in the candidate’s local time zone, and is ideally suited for someone energized by high‑volume outreach, strategy, and career progression. The role offers a BASE salary of $60k-70k, depending on years of experience, with OTE approximately $80k-$90k and additional medical, dental and vision benefits.
