About E-Valve Technologies

E-Valve Technologies is a growing Managed Service Provider focused on building long-term, recurring-revenue client relationships. We help businesses improve their technology operations through managed IT services, cybersecurity support, cloud solutions, Microsoft 365/Azure services, and responsive client care.


We are looking for a full-cycle Business Development Manager who can own growth from first outreach through a closed deal. This person will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, marketing follow-up, discovery, proposal development, and closing new recurring-revenue agreements.


This role is ideal for someone who can open doors, build trust with business decision-makers, explain technology in plain language, and consistently move opportunities through a structured sales process.


What You’ll Do

Generate new business opportunities

Build and manage a pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, calls, email, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, referrals, and partner relationships.


Own the full sales cycle

Manage prospects from initial outreach through discovery, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and close.


Run consultative discovery

Lead conversations with business owners, executives, office managers, and other decision-makers to understand pain points, business needs, IT challenges, and buying priorities.


Develop and close proposals

Work with internal technical and leadership teams to prepare proposals, MSAs, SOWs, and recurring-revenue agreements for managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, and related IT solutions.


Support marketing and lead-nurture efforts

Collaborate on campaigns, landing pages, email sequences, follow-up workflows, and messaging that speaks clearly to our ideal client profile.


Manage pipeline and forecasting

Maintain accurate opportunity stages, activity tracking, follow-up tasks, and weekly forecasts in HubSpot and/or ConnectWise.


Represent E-Valve professionally in the market

Attend local client meetings, networking events, partner meetings, and prospect conversations across the NY/NJ Metro area as needed.


What Makes You a Strong Fit

You have 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in managed IT services, SaaS, cybersecurity, telecom, cloud services, or another technology services environment.

You have a measurable track record of generating pipeline and closing new business.

You are a confident prospector who can book meetings, create urgency, qualify opportunities, and move deals forward without relying on hard-sell tactics.


You are comfortable owning a revenue target and managing a full-cycle sales process.

You can discuss business technology at a practical level, including managed IT services, cybersecurity basics, Microsoft 365, Azure, help desk support, and recurring service agreements.

You communicate clearly in writing and in conversation, and you know how to explain technical services to non-technical business owners, office managers, and executives.

You are organized, self-directed, and comfortable owning your activity, pipeline, follow-up, and results.


You are based in the NY/NJ Metro area and available for local client meetings, networking events, and occasional in-person business development activities.
