Business Development Representative / Outside Sales Representative

Industrial, Manufacturing & Warehouse Staffing

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Schedule: Full-Time

Location: Field-Based with Office Support

Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and driving revenue growth? We are seeking a Business Development Representative to expand our presence in the industrial, manufacturing, and warehouse staffing markets.

This is a high-impact role focused on generating new client partnerships, managing existing accounts, and helping companies solve their workforce challenges. You'll spend time both in the field meeting decision-makers and in the office developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and coordinating with recruiting teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain relationships with manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and industrial clients
  • Conduct in-person sales visits, presentations, and client meetings
  • Identify staffing needs and provide customized workforce solutions
  • Negotiate service agreements and pricing with prospective clients
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction
  • Track sales activity, pipeline management, and business development efforts through CRM systems
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and community business meetings

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in staffing sales, business development, outside sales, or account management preferred
  • Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Experience selling staffing services to industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse clients is a plus
