Candidates should have experience planning and executing large cross functional program/projects They need to be detail oriented and able to work with different level of audience.
Have a basic understanding of technologies in Business Intelligence/Datawarehouse/Data Engineering/Cloud areas or an interest to learn in order to support relevant projects and programs
Expert in SQL. Knowledge in data warehouse and basics of data analytics.
Ability to partner with technical business teams, ensuring that the Data Team is actively engaging, developing a deep understanding of current data needs,
Exceptional presentation, listening, oral, and written communication skills with various audiences and levels
Ability to filter, distill and present meaningful information for executive leadership
Ability to effectively interact with individuals and groups at all levels. Build rapport with people inside and outside the organization
Lead multiple, varying size cross-functional programs and projects. Own the business plan of any given project and be in charge of understanding and directing the entirety of the project
Identify and articulate project inter-dependencies, actively seek out and resolve cross functional and business issues, conflicts and roadblocks
Maintain a level of constant and effective communication across the organization with the project team, partners and executive management. Identify and present risk assessment to program stakeholders and management
