About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical Data Analyst who wants to do more than build reports—you will help drive business decisions.
This role sits within the Finance team and plays a critical part in translating complex operational and financial data into insights that shape strategy. You will work with large transactional datasets, build scalable reporting in Tableau, and partner with Finance and leadership to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks across the business.
The right candidate is intellectually curious, comfortable working with large datasets, and motivated by solving real business problems. You should enjoy asking “why is this happening?”, not just “what does the report say?”

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain high-quality dashboards and reporting in Tableau that drive visibility into financial and operational performance.
- Write and optimize SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
- Analyze transactional and operational data to identify revenue opportunities, margin drivers, cost trends, and operational inefficiencies.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for Finance and cross-functional leadership.
- Support key initiatives such as pricing strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and customer segmentation with rigorous data analysis.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and Product teams to define metrics, improve reporting, and ensure data accuracy.
- Present insights and recommendations through dashboards, written analysis, and executive-ready summaries.
- Continuously improve reporting workflows and analytical approaches to increase the speed and quality of decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced SQL skills, with experience working in Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools for SQL generation, exploratory analysis, and data preparation, while applying strong judgment to validate results.
- Strong experience building dashboards and data visualizations in Tableau (or similar BI tools).
- Ability to move beyond reporting and connect data to business impact, financial outcomes, and strategic decisions.
- Strong problem-solving ability and intellectual curiosity—you enjoy digging into data to uncover insights others might miss.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points
- Experience working with high-volume transactional data.
- Background in telecommunications, fintech, e-commerce, or other data-rich industries.
- Experience using Python or R for advanced analysis or workflow automation.
- Familiarity with data modeling and warehouse structures.
- Understanding of key subscription or telecom metrics such as ARPU, churn, CAC, LTV, or margin contribution.
