**Brand Manager role with Luxury Food Brand**

***Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid 2 days onsite 3 days WFH)***


Our client, a globally recognized premium food and agriculture business, is seeking a Brand Manager to help shape and execute brand strategy across key international markets.

This is a unique opportunity to steward a chef-driven, luxury brand deeply embedded in high-end hospitality and culinary culture. The role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling, commercial strategy, and immersive consumer experiences.


The Role

Our client is looking for a Brand Manager who can translate global brand vision into impactful, on-the-ground execution. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership to develop annual brand plans and bring them to life through integrated campaigns, strategic partnerships, and elevated brand experiences. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with visibility across global teams, key accounts, and industry-leading chefs. This role will also have one direct report.


Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of annual brand plans aligned to global growth priorities
  • Drive omni-channel marketing initiatives across digital, experiential, partnerships, and on-premise activations
  • Manage agency partners end-to-end, from briefing through execution and performance evaluation
  • Own campaign KPIs, budgets, and ROI tracking to optimize performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams, distributors, and key hospitality partners


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of brand management experience with ownership across strategy and execution
  • Background in luxury, wine & spirits, premium food, or hospitality-driven brands
  • Experience building brands within chef, restaurant, or high-end on-premise ecosystems is highly preferred
  • Proven success leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple touchpoints
  • Strong commercial acumen, including budget management and performance tracking
  • A collaborative, resourceful operator who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment
