Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in San Leandro, CA. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while driving sales and meeting company performance goals. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, executing sales strategies, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Collaboration with internal teams to optimize productivity and support business growth is also a critical component of this role.

• Knowledge of inventory management, operations, and logistics
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with a focus on operational efficiency

• Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to meet business goals
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Prior experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in an industrial supply or similar industry
• Familiarity with industry-specific products and safety regulations is a plus
