Branch Manager

Celerity Staffing Solutions is looking for a motivated and experienced Branch Manager / Recruiter to lead our Oshkosh location. This role is opening due to a planned retirement and offers the opportunity to take ownership of an established branch, supporting both clients and internal team members.

We’re seeking someone who can confidently balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on recruiting, while staying organized and effective in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of roles and clients
• Source, interview, and place qualified candidates
• Guide and support the account coordinator to ensure team success
• Build strong relationships with clients and deliver high-quality service
• Address associate relations matters including performance concerns and disciplinary actions
• Maintain accurate records and keep systems up to date
• Assist with payroll and general administrative tasks

What you'll bring

• At least 2 years of staffing and recruiting preferred
• Leadership ability with a track record of managing priorities and delegating effectively
• Strong recruiting knowledge, including full-cycle processes
• A practical, solution-focused mindset with the ability to think ahead
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build relationships
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information
• Experience with Avionte is a plus
• Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices preferred
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
