My client, a real estate company based in Boston, MA, is seeking a Bilingual Office Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and enjoys being the go-to person in a busy office environment! You’ll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while interacting with a variety of internal teams, vendors, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for calls, emails, and general office inquiries
- Support scheduling needs, including meetings, appointments, and internal coordination
- Maintain organization of files, documents, and office records (both digital and physical)
- Greet visitors and vendors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
- Monitor and restock office supplies while keeping common areas organized
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records across internal systems
- Assist with mail handling, shipments, and general office logistics
- Provide administrative support across teams on various projects and tasks
- Run occasional local errands as needed
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Previous administrative, office support, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
