We are seeking a Sales & Admissions Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients and their families for a leading healthcare organization. This role is responsible for managing inbound inquiries, providing clear and accurate program information, and ensuring a professional, compassionate experience throughout the admissions journey.


The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance empathy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.


Location: On-site | Nashville, TN (37215)

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Compensation: Up to $26/hour base + monthly bonus eligibility upon conversion


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients and families, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries
  • Communicate program offerings, admissions requirements, and next steps with clarity and accuracy
  • Support the completion and processing of admissions documentation, ensuring compliance and attention to detail
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth and efficient intake process
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
  • Document communications and maintain accurate records within internal systems


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, admissions, intake, or administrative support, preferably within healthcare or behavioral health environments
  • Experience with insurance verification is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic record management systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to engage with diverse populations in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish or other languages) are strongly encouraged to apply
