About the Role

Are you a bartender, mixologist, or hospitality pro who loves the craft — and wants a pathway beyond the bar?

We’re building a national team of energetic, relationship-driven Street Level Brand Ambassadors to introduce our premium tequila, mezcal, champagne, wine, and water brands to bars, restaurants, hotels, clubs, and specialty retailers across the country. If you love people, great products, and talking about flavor, experience, and story — this role is for you.

Chicago, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Scottsdale, Austin, Houston, Dallas, Orlando, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Milwaukee, Reno, Las Vegas, Denver, Seattle.

What You’ll Do

• Represent our tequila, mezcal, champagne, wine, and water brands to on-premise & off-premise accounts
• Open new bar, restaurant, and retail relationships
• Conduct tastings, staff trainings, and menu placement pitches
• Build weekly account visits and drive repeat orders
• Support local growth through events and grassroots activations
• Maintain simple activity reporting / weekly check-ins
• Work directly with founders, distillers, and producers

This is an ideal role for bartenders or servers ready to enter the supplier side — while keeping the creativity, culture, and connection that make hospitality meaningful.

Ideal Candidates

• Current or former hospitality pros (bartenders, servers, bar leads, mixologists)
• USBG members encouraged
• Strong communicator who understands menus, cocktails, and spirits language
• Self-motivated, competitive, and relationship-oriented
• Able to travel locally within your market
• Experience in sales, promotions, or events is a plus
• Passion for spirits, wine, and beverage culture
