LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established company in Vancouver, WA, to hire multiple Benefits Specialists. Hours/Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:
$23 – $33 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on benefits-related questions
- Maintain and update accurate records for enrollments, terminations, and benefits changes in HR systems
- Assist with preparing and reviewing reports, reconciliations, and benefits-related communications
- Ensure compliance with company policies, carrier requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- Provide support during high-volume periods such as open enrollment, including system updates and assistance as needed
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and support ongoing initiatives
Qualifications:
- Exposure to or experience in benefits coordination preferred; open to entry-level candidates with a strong interest in HR
- Familiarity with benefits systems; experience with Prism is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and interest in long-term growth within HR and benefits
