Job Title: Benefits Administrator (Temporary)

Duration: 4‑Month Contract

Location: On‑Site – Van Nuys, CA

Schedule: Full‑Time, Monday–Friday

Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Benefits Administrator to support day‑to‑day benefits operations during a 4‑month temporary assignment. This role will be fully on‑site in Van Nuys and will partner closely with HR and payroll to ensure accurate administration and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans

• Process new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, terminations, and open enrollment changes

• Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits questions and issue resolution

• Liaise with benefit vendors and insurance carriers to resolve discrepancies

• Audit benefit deductions and coordinate with payroll to ensure accuracy

• Maintain benefits data in HRIS systems and ensure records are up to date

• Support compliance activities, reporting, and documentation as needed

• Assist with benefits communications and general HR administrative support

Qualifications

• Prior experience administering employee benefits in a corporate environment

• Working knowledge of health and welfare plans and benefits terminology

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume transactions

• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work on‑site for the duration of the assignment

Additional Details

• Temporary role with a defined 4‑month duration

• On‑site presence required in Van Nuys, CA

• Immediate or short‑notice availability preferred


Compensation: $26 to $29 per hour
