Client Services Administrator

We’re looking for a highly motivated, engaged, and experienced Client Service Administrator to provide support to our Director of Operations and Operations Manager. This team requires someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable taking on complex tasks and enjoys working in partnership with others both on our team and across the industry.

Job Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. Prepare folders and enrollment binders.
  2. Assist customers with submitting claims.
  3. Answer phone and return calls.
  4. Track agent licenses, state appointments and carrier appointments ensuring they are current.
  5. Maintain list of agents by carrier.
  6. Administrative support for calendar management – Meeting space/ Conference rooms
  7. High attention to detail and strive to deliver high quality product accuracy and organization and be an active partner on our team.
  8. Keep follow-up activities current.
  9. Develops and maintains positive work relationships with team members to include providing back up when necessary, communicating information and effectively problem-solving as situations arise.
  10. Interact with personnel throughout the agency as well as customers and insurance company representatives, maintaining a positive attitude.
  11. Performs special projects and other duties as requested.


Minimum Qualifications

  1. Must Pass VA Life, Health & Annuities License prior to starting.
  2. Experience with computer data entry required, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
  3. High level of organizational ability; able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
  4. Detail orientation and problem-solving ability.
  5. Strong analytical skills.
  6. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, relating to all duties and responsibilities such as, team High school diploma or equivalent
  7. member and client information.
