A growing legal team in Orlando is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Paralegal to support its expanding department. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and has strong experience working on complex bankruptcy matters.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Bankruptcy Paralegal with substantial Chapter 11 experience. The ideal candidate has supported matters involving debtors, committees, or fiduciaries and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Hybrid work is offered as needed; however, we prefer someone who can be in the office as much as possible.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Significant experience supporting Chapter 11 cases
• Preferred: bankruptcy‑related litigation experience
• Familiarity with the CM/ECF e‑filing system
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Ability to multi‑task and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment
• High attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or with a team
• Positive, professional attitude and commitment to client service

For Associate Attorney applicants:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Growing department with opportunity for impact
• Florida Bar admission is mandatory (or commitment to timely admission)

Compensation
