Job Overview


We’re seeking a hands-on, strategic B2B Marketing Manager to own and scale GoodSync’s marketing engine. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives in a technical SaaS environment and can drive awareness, demand generation, and customer growth across multiple channels. You will shape our go‑to‑market strategy, build pipeline, and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Channel teams.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute the full-funnel B2B marketing strategy, including content, demand generation, product marketing, and events.
  • Create compelling marketing assets — case studies, white papers, blog posts, landing pages, email sequences, and sales enablement materials.
  • Build and optimize targeted demand-generation programs to drive qualified leads and trial conversions.
  • Partner with Sales to align messaging, improve lead quality, and support the full customer journey. 
  • Manage and optimize digital channels (website, LinkedIn, Google Ads, webinars, email automation) to increase reach and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to position GoodSync’s capabilities, competitive advantages, and new releases.
  • Support channel and partner marketing initiatives to expand market reach.
  • Analyze campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI; adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Own key KPIs such as MQL/SQL volume, CAC efficiency, website conversion rates, and trial-to-paid conversion.


Required Qualifications & Skills


  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience; experience in data protection, cybersecurity, storage, or IT infrastructure preferred.
  • Proven success in building and executing integrated marketing campaigns that generate pipeline.
  • Strong content creation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, persuasive messaging.
  • Experience with digital advertising, SEO, email automation, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, GA4, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize performance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, and Channel teams in a fast-moving environment.
