Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Python HIL Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a strong Python developer with a solid understanding of embedded systems and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to development, not just testing, and thrives in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python-based HIL test frameworks and tools
• Design, implement, and execute automated test scripts for embedded systems
• Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams for system validation
• Debug and analyze issues across software and hardware layers
• Contribute to continuous improvement of test infrastructure and processes

Required Skills:

• Strong programming experience in Python
• Understanding of embedded systems and communication protocols
• Experience with HIL setups or system-level testing (preferred)
• Ability to develop automation frameworks (not just execute tests)
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Exposure to HIL tools (e.g., dSPACE, NI, Vector)
• Experience working with real-time systems or automotive/industrial domains
