Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Attorney specializing in Transactional Law, located in Nashville, TN. The Attorney will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, providing legal counsel on business transactions, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role involves liaising with clients, conducting legal research, and providing strategic advice to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including agreements for business transactions and corporate governance documents
- Strong legal research and analytical skills with the ability to ensure regulatory compliance and risk management
- Proficiency in business law and transactional law practices, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and real estate transactions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Current license to practice law in the state of Tennessee
- Prior experience in transactional law, with an emphasis on corporate and business transactions, is highly desirable
