Hybrid role based in Buffalo, NY, offering a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility

This role requires 1+ years of transactional commercial real estate experience; purely litigation, volume PI, or purely residential backgrounds will not be a fit

Job Description

  • Support complex commercial real estate and multifamily housing transactions from start to finish
  • Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, joint ventures, and financing matters
  • Draft, review, and revise real estate agreements, closing documents, and ancillary transaction materials
  • Coordinate due diligence and closings with clients, lenders, and outside counsel
  • Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on high-value, fast-moving deals


Qualifications

  • 1+ years of transactional commercial real estate experience
  • Experience with multifamily, development, or financing transactions preferred
  • Strong drafting, editing, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a deadline-driven environment
  • Licensed to practice law in New York or eligible for admission
