Attorney - Professional Liability (Hybrid)

Leading law firm is seeking a Professional Liability Attorney for any of their offices in NYC, Westchester or Long Island. You will defend claims, lawsuits, and administrative complaints against professionals which include real estate brokers, lawyers, insurance brokers, accountants, engineers, appraisers, and architects. Open to practice experience in areas such as: General Liability, Labor & Employment, Construction, Business/Commercial Litigation.

Qualifications:

• Admitted to practice in the State of New York
• 4+ years of experience
• Juris Doctorate
• Deposition and trial preparation experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
• Independently manage or support caseload from inception through dispositive motion, mediation, negotiated resolution, or trial
• Communicate with clients
• Trial preparation

Base Salary Range 140k-175k + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits + Hybrid
