A highly regarded mid-sized New York firm is expanding its Insurance Coverage practice and is looking for a talented attorney to join the team. This is a great opportunity to work on complex, high-impact coverage matters across a broad range of policies, including general liability, D&O, E&O, employment practices, professional liability, and commercial property & casualty.

You’ll be part of a collaborative group handling sophisticated disputes and advising clients on nuanced coverage issues in a fast-evolving legal landscape.

What You’ll Do

• Dive into complex legal research and deliver clear, actionable insights
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and coverage opinions with precision
• Act as a trusted advisor—keeping clients informed and confident throughout their matters
• Take an active role in litigation, negotiations, and hearings
• Stay ahead of legal and regulatory developments impacting insurance coverage

What We’re Looking For

• 2–8 years of experience in insurance coverage and policy analysis
• Strong command of policy interpretation and insurance law principles
• Admission to practice in NY and/or NJ (PA admission is a plus)
• Solid litigation experience from inception through trial (state and federal courts)
• Excellent analytical thinking, writing, and communication skills
