Partner Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow an existing client base and book of business
  • Lead complex legal matters from strategy through resolution
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to businesses, families, and high-net-worth individuals
  • Mentor associates and contribute to firm leadership initiatives
  • Collaborate across practice groups to provide comprehensive client solutions
  • Participate in business development and community engagement efforts
  • Deliver exceptional client service with a practical, relationship-driven approach

Partner Attorney Requirements:

  • Active Washington State Bar membership or ability to waive in
  • Portable book of business required
  • Strong experience within one or more core practice areas, including:
    • Trusts & Estates
    • Commercial Litigation
    • Real Estate
    • Business Transactions
    • Employment
    • Tax
    • Health Care
    • Insurance Coverage
  • Proven ability to independently manage sophisticated client matters
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and business development skills
