Associate Personal Injury Attorney

Robert B. Linder, Attorney at Law is a sole practitioner seeking an experienced plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney to join our team based in Bergen County. Candidate will be responsible for handling cases from inception through to trial or settlement, conduct client meetings, case evaluations, and strategy development, draft and file litigation documents, and represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and all court appearances.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New Jersey Bar Association.
• 3-5 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
• Bilingual/Spanish a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and advocacy skills both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of medical terminology a plus.
• Candidate must be a self starter willing to take direction.

Salary commensurate with experience.
