As the firm continues to expand its thriving commercial and personal injury defense litigation practice, it is seeking talented attorneys at all levels—including Associates, Equity, and Non-Equity Members—to join its growing Texas team.
What You'll Do
- Handle sophisticated commercial litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal.
- Develop and execute litigation strategies tailored to client objectives.
- Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on litigation risk, strategy, and resolution options.
- Collaborate with experienced trial lawyers on significant cases throughout Texas and across the country.
- Mentor and develop junior attorneys and legal staff.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar (or eligible for admission).
- Experience in commercial litigation, personal injury defense litigation, or other complex civil litigation matters.
- Trial, deposition, and courtroom experience preferred.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to independently manage complex matters while working collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong business judgment and client service orientation.

- Law Review experience
- Judicial clerkship experience
