We provide dedicated family law representation in several areas including divorce, equitable distribution, child custody, collaborative divorce and mediation, pre-nuptial and post-marital agreements, and more.

Role Description

This is a full-time role located in White Plains, NY for an Associate Lawyer. The Associate Lawyer will work closely with the attorneys and staff to support clients in their family law and divorce cases. Daily tasks include researching and analyzing legal issues, reviewing financial records, drafting legal letters, drafting divorce agreements, drafting prenuptial agreements, drafting motions, and appearing in court.

Qualifications

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in family law, divorce, and litigation is preferred
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York State Bar, or pending admission
• 2+ years of experience as an attorney is preferred.
