About the Role

The Entry-Level Associate Attorney will support a growing personal injury practice and gain hands-on experience across all stages of litigation. This role is well suited for a recent law school graduate or newly licensed attorney with a strong interest in client advocacy and litigation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling personal injury cases from intake through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
  • Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy
  • Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, and opposing counsel
  • Assist with depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
  • Appear in court for hearings and conferences as appropriate
  • Track deadlines and maintain organized case files

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active bar license in [State] or pending admission
  • Interest in personal injury law
  • Strong writing, research, and communication skills
