POSITION: Chicago Family Law firm Taradash Given is seeking an associate attorney (ideal experience 1-3 years). We are primarily remote with in-person appearances as required for court calls, depositions and the like.
REQUIREMENTS: We require someone who is great with people, is passionate about a career in family law, and owns a car.

*We are primarily remote but we maintain office space in the loop for attorneys to use as needed. Most attorneys enjoy working from home when not in court.

*This position allows for significant growth and learning, with specific and in-depth training and opportunities to work on files together with other attorneys in order to build skills.
*This position will be paired with an overseeing senior associate who will provide daily guidance, weekly check-in meetings and significant support.
*We offer substantial support in building your own book of business.
*We encourage our attorneys to develop “niche” areas of expertise and invite them to participate in areas of family law practice that interest them (e.g. GAL work, collaborative divorce, adoptions, and mediation).
*Firm outings that are actually fun (usually 3-4 x per year) – Cubs games, Chicago River cruise, holiday party extraordinaire
*We have excellent support staff- We have the best paralegals in town and a great clerk program so that we always have 2-4 law clerks on staff.
COMPENSATION: Competitive pay, bonuses, commission and benefits commensurate with experience.
