A well‑established, nationally recognized midsize law firm is expanding its Tampa personal injury practice and seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (2–5 years) to step into a meaningful, high‑impact role.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who wants real responsibility, client ownership, and long‑term upside—without being thrown into trial work before they’re ready.
The Practice
- Plaintiff‑side personal injury matters
- Mix of auto, premises, and complex injury cases
- Existing caseload with strong marketing support
- Collaborative team environment with experienced leadership
- No trial experience required (trial interest welcomed, not mandated)
The Role
- Handle cases from pre‑suit through litigation and resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions; participate in mediations
- Work directly with clients and senior attorneys
- Opportunity to help shape and grow the Tampa practice over time
This is not a volume, file‑pushing role—you’ll have autonomy, support, and visibility.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of personal injury experience (plaintiff or defense welcome)
- Strong litigation fundamentals and client communication skills
- Interest in long‑term growth, leadership, and practice development
- Florida Bar admission required
Compensation & Upside
- Base salary: $100K–$150K
- Attorney‑fee participation available Flexible structure (higher base/lower fees or lower base/higher fees)
- High performers commonly earn $160K–$200K+ all‑in
