Associate Attorney - Litigation

Ross Jeffries, LLC are recruiting for an associate to join our client's Las Vegas, NV office.

Our client law firm has a national footprint and a well regarded litigation capability.

We seek an associate with a minimum of 3 years profession experience in general civil litigation, to include: defending commercial disputes, consumer protection claims, professional liability claims, and insurance coverage; bad faith disputes are a plus

Requirements:

• JD with excellent academic credentials
• Ability to manage cases from inception through trial, including preparation of pleadings, motions, and briefs, managing discovery, preparing for depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing
• Experience with Federal Court is a plus, but not required
• Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills
• Current NV Bar admission in good standing is required
