About the Role
We are seeking a litigation associate with 1–5 years of experience who wants real responsibility, courtroom exposure, and direct client interaction.
Our associates are actively involved in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation, rather than being limited to research and document review. This role is ideal for a developing litigator who wants to build strong courtroom skills and take ownership of cases early in their career.
You will work closely with experienced trial attorneys in a collaborative and supportive environment while developing the skills needed to manage litigation matters independently.
Practice Areas
Our litigation practice handles a wide range of civil disputes, including:
• Business and commercial litigation
• Contract disputes
• Partnership and shareholder disputes
• Real estate litigation
• General civil litigation in Texas state and federal courts
What You’ll Do
Associates play a meaningful role in all phases of litigation, including:
• Managing cases from initial filing through trial or resolution
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Conducting legal research and discovery
• Taking and defending depositions
• Attending hearings, mediations, and trials
• Communicating directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Assisting with case strategy and trial preparation
Qualifications
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Texas Bar license in good standing
• 1–5 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience with depositions, hearings, or courtroom appearances preferred
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Strong attention to detail and organization

Compensation & Benefits
• $90,000 - $110,000 base salary plus bonus depending on experience
