Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks including conducting legal research, drafting motions, preparing for and attending depositions, representing clients in court, and providing general litigation support.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of law, legal procedures, and regulations
• Experience in drafting motions and conducting legal research
• Proficient in preparing for and attending depositions
• Ability to effectively represent clients in court
• Experience working in various courts and understanding court procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Bar admission in the state of Georgia
• Previous experience in civil litigation is a plus
