Associate Attorney | Medical Malpractice and General Liability | Tampa, Florida
$130,000 to $160,000
There comes a point in litigation where you want more than “keep the file moving.”
You want to be trusted with the thinking. The strategy. The awkward client call. The moment where someone senior asks what you would do, and actually waits for the answer.
This role is for an Associate Attorney in Tampa, working across medical malpractice and general liability matters.
It is probably best suited to someone with around 3 to 5 years of insurance defense experience who wants proper litigation work, more client contact, and a bit more room to grow without having to pretend they already know everything.
Nobody does. Some are just louder about it.
You’ll be involved in case strategy, discovery, motion practice, analysis, client communication and the general rhythm of civil defense litigation. The good bits, the frustrating bits, the bits where you read the same paragraph three times because opposing counsel has somehow made a sentence worse by editing it.
