We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience construction defect, bodily injury defense, and other insurance defense matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafts motions and/or conduct depositions
Excels in a fast-paced work environment
Works well individually and as part of a legal team, and be willing to go above and beyond to successfully meet the unique needs of our clients
Qualifications:
Must be licensed to practice law in Texas (additional state licensure is a plus)
3+ years of insurance defense (Required)
Experience in construction defect, bodily injury defense, and other insurance defense matters (Preferred)
